  • BUST: Measure loosely around the fullest part of your bust.
  • WAIST: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waist.
  • HIPS: Stand with your feet together, and measure around the fullest part of your hips.
  • TORSO: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder, beneath the crotch and back up to the starting point.
